Buying on the Dip

SmartMoney’s James Stewart reminds investors to use common sense in the column More Than Ever, Keep the Focus Long Term.

Stewart believes that the 10% decline in the Nasdaq Composite is below the common sense buying threshold.  Impressed with strong earnings in the tech sector, Stewart has been picking up long term call options on Apple and the PowerShares QQQ ETF.  The tech intensive exchange traded fund has large stakes in Apple, Intel, Cisco and Oracle.
